Terms of Service

1. The Let's Party Platform

Let's Party provides party planning, product discovery, local vendor discovery, quote, booking, messaging, review, account, subscription, rewards, and support tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Let's Party is a technology platform and is not itself the provider of services offered by independent vendors.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not impersonate another person or business, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to obtain unauthorized administrative privileges.

3. Customers

Customers are responsible for reviewing vendor information, communicating their requirements, reviewing quotes, and deciding whether to hire or transact with a vendor.

Vendor availability, pricing, quality, licensing, insurance, safety, and performance may vary. Customers should independently evaluate vendors before entering into transactions.

4. Vendors

Vendors are responsible for keeping business information accurate and complying with laws, permits, licenses, insurance obligations, taxes, safety requirements, and other requirements applicable to their services.

Vendors may not misrepresent ownership, identity, qualifications, services, pricing, availability, reviews, or business relationships.

5. Vendor Verification

Let's Party may request information or documents to evaluate vendor ownership or account claims. Verification is intended to reduce misuse, but it is not a guarantee of vendor quality, licensing, safety, financial condition, or future performance.

6. Quotes, Bookings, and Vendor Transactions

Quotes and booking information exchanged through Let's Party may facilitate transactions between customers and independent vendors. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the vendor and customer are responsible for their agreement, payment arrangements, cancellations, refunds, service delivery, and disputes.

7. Preferred Vendor Subscriptions

Eligible vendors may purchase a Preferred Vendor subscription. Subscription features, pricing, billing periods, and benefits may change over time.

Subscription billing is processed through our payment provider. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

8. Brownie Points and Vendor Rewards

Let's Party may offer eligible Preferred Vendors promotional loyalty credits known as "Brownie Points." Brownie Points may be earned only under the eligibility rules then in effect, including rules related to active Preferred Vendor status and qualifying customer reviews.

Brownie Points are promotional program credits. They are not cash, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable or saleable, and do not create a property right or stored monetary value.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Brownie Points are not awarded retroactively. A vendor that becomes Preferred after a review is received does not earn points for that prior review.

Let's Party may deny, reverse, adjust, or remove Brownie Points associated with duplicate, fraudulent, manipulated, deleted, ineligible, or otherwise invalid activity, or when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the rewards program.

Redemption options, reward values, eligibility thresholds, expiration policies, participating partners, and other program features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued over time. Any future reward or redemption terms will be described when those features become available.

9. Reviews and User Content

You are responsible for content you submit, including reviews, messages, photos, business information, and support communications.

You may not submit content that is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or unrelated to the applicable service.

Let's Party may moderate, restrict, remove, or preserve content when reasonably necessary for safety, platform integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or administrative functions without authorization.
• Circumvent account restrictions, security controls, or platform enforcement.
• Use the service to commit fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity.
• Upload malware, harmful code, or intentionally disruptive content.
• Scrape or automate access in a manner that harms, overloads, or interferes with the service.

11. Affiliate Links

Let's Party may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through certain retailer links. Affiliate relationships do not increase the price charged to you by Let's Party.

12. Artificial Intelligence

AI-generated party plans, suggestions, budgets, search recommendations, and related results are informational tools. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular event. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before relying on them.

13. Account Enforcement

Let's Party may restrict, suspend, disable, require password resets for, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate suspected misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

14. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Let's Party is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Let's Party does not guarantee the identity, quality, availability, legality, safety, licensing, or performance of an independent vendor merely because that vendor appears on the platform.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Party will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or transactions between customers and independent vendors.

17. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
