1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Let's Party, we may collect information such as:

• Account information, including your email address, display name, account type, profile information, and account preferences.
• Party-planning information, including event details, ZIP code, budget, party preferences, saved products, vendor requests, quotes, bookings, and related notes.
• Vendor information, including business details, contact information, profile content, service information, photos, claim-verification information, and documents submitted for verification.
• Communications sent through Let's Party, including customer-vendor messages, support requests, safety reports, and administrative communications.
• Payment and subscription information associated with Preferred Vendor subscriptions. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Let's Party.
• Brownie Points and vendor rewards information, including point balances, earning and adjustment history, qualifying review references, and eligibility or subscription-status information used to administer the rewards program.
• Usage, device, and technical information, including browser and device information, device platform, operating system information, request information, security logs, and identifiers or tokens necessary to operate, secure, and provide features of the service, including mobile push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Let's Party.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts.
• Build party recommendations and assist with product and vendor discovery.
• Facilitate quote requests, bookings, reviews, messaging, and support.
• Verify vendor claims and review submitted vendor documentation.
• Process and manage vendor subscriptions.
• Administer Brownie Points and future vendor rewards, determine eligibility, maintain balances and reward history, and detect duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible earning activity.
• Send transactional notifications, reminders, support messages, security communications, and, when enabled, mobile push notifications. We may use device push-notification tokens to route notifications to registered devices.
• Detect abuse, investigate safety concerns, enforce account rules, and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

3. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate parts of Let's Party. These may include providers for database and authentication services, payment processing, email delivery, maps and location services, hosting, artificial intelligence-assisted party planning, and mobile push notifications.

For example, Let's Party may use Google and Firebase services to support mobile application features, including Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. A device token may be provided to these services as necessary to deliver a notification to a registered device.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to us. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

4. Payments

Vendor subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Let's Party does not intend to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

5. Artificial Intelligence

Let's Party may use artificial intelligence services to help generate party recommendations and related planning results. Information submitted for AI-assisted features may be sent to service providers as necessary to produce those results.

6. Affiliate Links

Some product links may be affiliate links. Let's Party may earn a commission from eligible purchases made through those links at no extra cost to you.

7. Vendor Verification Documents

Documents submitted in connection with vendor ownership or identity verification are used for verification, safety, fraud prevention, and administrative purposes. Access to sensitive vendor documents is intended to be limited to authorized workflows and personnel.

8. Information Sharing

We may share information when necessary to provide the service, complete a user-requested transaction, work with our service providers, protect Let's Party and its users, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal requests.

We do not intend to sell your payment-card information.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account, subscription, rewards, and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Brownie Points and rewards ledger records may be retained when reasonably necessary to preserve program integrity, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal, accounting, or audit requirements.

10. Your Choices

Depending on the feature, you may be able to update profile information, adjust privacy or notification preferences, manage your vendor profile, or request account and data deletion.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and application-level safeguards designed to protect accounts and information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's Privacy

Let's Party is intended for adults who are planning events or operating businesses. The service is not intended for children to create their own accounts.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Let's Party evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
